Povzetek
Prispevek obravnava ravnateljevo pedagoško vodenje razrednikov, naloge, ki jih obsega, ter prednosti, ki jih prinaša kakovostno vodenje. Predstavljeni so nekateri vidiki podpiranja razrednikov za zagotavljanje dobre klime v razredu in vključenosti vseh oz. za ustvarjanje varnega in spodbudnega učnega okolja, kar je pogoj za učinkovito učenje v šoli. Izpostavljena so področja vodenja razrednikov za krepitev učeče se skupnosti, ustvarjanje pogojev za optimalen razvoj posameznega učenca/dijaka ter vključevanje staršev. V zaključnem delu je predstavljenih tudi nekaj priporočil ravnatelju za oblikovanje strategije pedagoškega vodenja razrednikov.
Abstract
Pedagogical leadership of class teachers with an emphasis on introducing some elements of a safe and stimulating learning environment and ensuring cooperation with parents
The paper discusses the headteacher’s pedagogical leadership of class teachers, the tasks it involves, and the advantages of quality leadership in that respect. Some aspects of supporting class teachers are presented, those that ensure a good climate in the classroom, inclusion for all and those that create a safe and stimulating learning environment, which is a prerequisite for effective learning at school. The paper highlights the areas of leadership for class teachers which result in strengthening the learning community, creating conditions for the optimal development of individual pupils/students and involving parents. In the conclusion, some recommendations for creating a strategy for the pedagogical leadership of class teachers are presented to the headteachers.
