Povzetek
Prispevek na primeru pouka angleškega jezika predstavlja, kako lahko tudi skozi delovne odnose (konkretno: poučevanje oz. učno izkušnjo) poskrbimo za spodbudne socialne odnose in prek njih vplivamo na dobro počutje učencev. Najboljši učni učinki gredo namreč vzporedno z dobrimi odnosi in dobrim počutjem.
Abstract
Social Relationships in English Class
The article illustrates, using English Class as an example, how encouraging social relationships can be fostered within work relationships (e.g. in teaching or a learning experience) in order to create a good-feeling environment for the students who achieve their best learning achievements when they are feeling good and have good relationships.
