Izvleček
Skupina dijakov na tehniški gimnaziji se je odločila uresničiti svojo idejo o izdelavi vetrovnika. Od ideje do učnega pripomočka ni minilo veliko časa, pridobljenega pa je bilo veliko znanja. Pričujoči prispevek predstavlja nekaj primerov vaj in predvsem raziskovalnih idej, ki so spremljale izdelavo naprave ali pa so bile posledica raziskovalnega učenja. Zagotovo ne gre za klasične vaje. Poglobljeno delo z vetrovnikom nudi marsikatero možnost učenja na zelo avtentičen način, ki se na trenutke približa tudi znanstvenim metodam. Tako se v prispevku bralec sreča z osnovnimi principi učinka zračnega upora na različnih telesih pa tudi s projektnimi deli izdelave izvirnih modelov. Krajši opisi so povezani s spletnimi vsebinami, ki omogočajo poglobljen vpogled v eksperimentalno-raziskovalno delo.
Abstract
Wind Tunnel – Research Work
A group of technical gymnasium students decided to realise their idea of creating a wind tunnel. The path from the idea to making this learning tool did not take much time, but the students gained a great deal of knowledge. The article introduces a few exercises and research ideas that were part of the creation of the wind tunnel and a result of the learning through research. These exercises are definitely not of a traditional type – a more in-depth work with the wind tunnel opened up many new learning opportunities in a very authentic way that comes close, in certain aspects, to scientific methods. The article thus describes the basic principles of air resistance on various bodies, from project works to original models. Shorter descriptions refer to online contents for more insight into experimental and research work.
