Izvleček
V prispevku so podrobneje predstavljene dejavnosti, s pomočjo katerih smo želeli vsem učencem omogočiti vsaj eno uro gibanja na dan. Skozi različne dejavnosti so učenci razvijali koncentracijo, koordinacijo, moč, gibljivost, ravnotežje, vzdržljivost … Vse te spretnosti pripomorejo k trajnostni mobilnosti učencev. Učenci so spoznavali pomen gibanja za zdravje, zdrav način življenja, zdravo prehrano ter varnost, izboljšali svoje gibalne in funkcionalne sposobnosti ter spretnosti. Nadgradili in poglobili so svoje znanje, se učili novih gibanj in športnih znanj. Dejavnosti smo izvajali tudi v naravi, kjer smo posebno pozornost namenili trajnostni mobilnosti. Učenci so spoznavali pravila vedenja v prometu in osnovne prometne znake.
Abstract
Physical Activities for Sustainable Mobility of Students in the Extended Programme
The article presents in detail activities organised with the purpose of allowing students at least one hour of physical activity per day and aimed at developing concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance – skills which contribute to students’ sustainable mobility. Students learnt about the importance of physical activity for their health, healthy lifestyle, healthy nutrition and safety while improving their movement and functional skills and abilities. They upgraded and furthered their existing as well as acquired new knowledge in the area of physical activity and sports. The activities also took place in nature, where a special emphasis was placed on sustainable mobility. Students were familiarised with the rules of traffic behaviour and the basic traffic signs. We offered assistance to those students who have difficulties in performing some of the activities by providing additional activities and explanations to allow them to more easily participate in their regular Sport classes. Activities organised in this way are not part of regular Sport classes.
