Povzetek
Globalna epidemija je spodbudila številne spremembe na področju izobraževanja. Dejstvo, da je učenje samo po sebi spreminjanje, je obetalo, da se bo šolski prostor uspešno soočil z novimi okoliščinami. V prispevku so prikazani različni elementi prehoda od klasičnega izobraževanja v učilnici k učenju na daljavo: od vzpostavljanja infrastrukture in opremljanja z računalniško opremo do razvoja e-učenja. Pospešil se je profesionalni razvoj učiteljev, saj je poučevanje na daljavo vplivalo tudi na didaktiko, prilagajanje strategij in oblik učenja ter komunikacije med učitelji in učenci. Šolska stavba je predstavljala stično točko široko razpredene mreže, v kateri se je nahajalo vodstvo in z vso odgovornostjo podpiralo učečo se skupnost, skrbelo za pretok informacij, ponujalo strokovno in pogosto tudi čustveno oporo. Prispevek zaključujemo s pozivom k nujnim sistemskim spremembam izobraževanja.
Abstract
An Epidemic of Changes in Education
The global pandemic has triggered numerous changes in education. The fact that changing is at the heart of learning gave hope that educational institutions will successfully face with new circumstances. The article presents different elements of transition from traditional to virtual education ranging from providing internet access and ICT equipment to developing e-teaching and learning. Boosted professional development accelerated the evolution of didactics, strategies and forms of distance learning as well as communication between teachers and learners. School buildings, though empty, presented an interconnection point of a widely spread network of learning from where leadership teams with the utmost responsibility supported the learning community. They fostered the exchange of information, offered professional and when needed emotional support. The article closes with a call for urgent revision of education on the system level.
