Povzetek
Prispevek govori o tem, kako način vodenja vpliva na zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu, kar je izredno pomembno in vpliva tudi na zdravje zaposlenih. Pogledali bomo nekaj stilov vodenja, pri katerih bomo prepoznavali možnosti za vpliv na zdravje. V nadaljevanju bomo predstavili model distribuiranega vodenja, ki ga uvajamo v Vrtcu Bled, rezultate kratke ankete, s katero smo zaposlene povprašali o zadovoljstvu na delovnem mestu in ali so seznanjeni z načinom vodenja. Rezultati nam bodo vodilo pri nadaljnjem delu in razvijanju distribuiranega vodenja. Na tem področju si bomo zadali nove izzive in se z njimi soočili.
Abstract
Introducing a Model of Distributed Leadership in Kindergarten Bled
This article discusses the impact of leadership approaches on workplace satisfaction, an extremely important factor that also has a bearing on employee health. A number of leadership styles will be reviewed in order to identify their potential health effects. Furthermore, the paper will outline the model of distributed leadership that we have been implementing at Kindergarten Bled, present the results of a short survey into workplace satisfaction among the staff and their level of familiarity with the leadership style. These results will serve us as guidance in our future work and for developing distributed leadership. We will take on new challenges in this field and face them.
