Mreženje za trajnost izbranega razvojnega cilja v Vrtcu Urša –primer dobre prakse


Povzetek

V razvojnem načrtu Vrtca Urša smo upoštevali sporočila zaposlenih, da se zaradi različnih dejavnikov počutijo preobremenjene. Strokovni delavci so na aktivih in letnih razgovorih povedali, da se počutijo nemočne pri delu z otroki s posebnimi potrebami. Srečevali so se tudi z zahtevnimi starši, ki so pogosto izvajali pritiske in posegali v strokovno avtonomnost vzgojiteljev. Izpostavili so pomanjkanje prostora pri delu z zahtevnimi otroki, premalo empatije med strokovnim in vodstvenim kadrom ter težave pri ločevanju zasebnega življenja in službenih obveznosti. Zaradi teh sporočil smo v razvojni načrt vključili naslednja cilja:
1. S promocijo in spodbujanjem zdravja na delovnem mestu se bomo trudili za dobro psihofizično kondicijo vseh zaposlenih. Sledili bomo potrebam vseh zaposlenih in hkrati spodbujali medgeneracijsko sodelovanje.
2. Sproti in hitro bomo reševali konfliktne situacije. S primernimi strategijami bomo preprečevali oz. omilili stres na delovnem mestu.
Pri uresničevanju ciljev smo si pomagali z vključitvijo v program Mreže učečih se šol in vrtcev na temo obvladovanja stresa na delovnem mestu. V članku prikazujemo, kako smo cilja uresničili.

Abstract

Networking for sustainability of the selected development goal in Urša Kindergarten

In Urša Kindergarten’s development plan, consideration was given to staff reports of feeling overwhelmed due to various factors. During team meetings and annual interviews, staff members expressed feelings of helplessness when working with special needs children. Additionally, they faced demanding parents who often put pressure on and interfered with the teachers’ professional autonomy. They also highlighted issues such as the lack of space for working with challenging children, insufficient empathy between professional staff and management, and difficulties in separating private life from work commitments. These concerns led us to include two objectives in the development plan:
1. We will work towards the well-being of all our employees by promoting and encouraging health in the workplace, addressing their needs, and fostering intergenerational cooperation.
2. We will resolve conflict situations promptly and effectively using appropriate strategies to prevent or reduce workplace stress.

Joining the Learning Kindergartens and Schools Network: Managing Stress in the Workplace Programme has helped us in achieving these objectives. This paper details how we accomplished them.
